50-year mortgages are NOT the solution for housing affordability

Pay-as-you-earn childcare

Our local nursery charges parents using a pay-as-you-earn system. Apparently, it’s a Hackney council policy and it’s ridiculous.

Lazy FI Family’s July 2022 results

5th August 2022

July 2022 was a good month. We are (in real terms) the richest since I started measuring back in July 2020. Also, achieving an annual saving rate of over 50% (2 years in a row) seems more and more feasible.
